Hi, I’m Dave. I grew up in O’Neill Nebraska and have been greatly influenced by the lives of my parents and the people in my home church. It was during my time in O’Neill God called me into student ministry. God has put in my heart a passion and love for students and desire to see students know Jesus and grow in that relationship. I enjoy watching a student go from spiritually uninterested to the point where they “get it” and then begin to grow and discover their purpose.

I love my family and am truly blessed beyond what I deserve. I have been married to my wife, Stephanie since 1994 and we have three children Ellie, Ethan and Emma. Together we enjoy camping, the outdoors, watching movies and especially sitting by a nice fire.

Personally, I enjoy shooting Muzzleloaders, the traditional kind. Come on out and we can shoot the smoke sticks sometime. Since moving to South Dakota I have come to enjoy hunting and fishing. I am not real good at either but I sure do try!

It is an honor for me to be at this church and I love to serve the people here at Northridge and our Community.

Paul Manson here. I serve as Pastor of Equipping and Serving which means I get to help Northridgers discover how they are uniquely created to serve in God’s Kingdom. I am new to Mitchell after spending the past 24 years in college and church ministry in Brookings.

I am married to the lovely Ruth Manson and we have two great kids, Jon and Katie. In my spare time, I love to ride my motorcycle with family and friends (actually, with anyone!) and I also love to hunt and fish.

I have been working part-time as Worship Director at Northridge since 2001. It has been an awesome privilege to lead the worship ministry and see the team of vocalists, instrumentalists and technicians grow over the years. Playing the piano each week in the band is a great joy, as well as planning the songs and other creative elements in the worship service. Music has always been a big part of my life, and it’s great to be able to serve the Lord and our Northridge family in the creative arts.

In addition to music, I also enjoy spending time with my family: my husband Roger, and our three children – Brianna, Ben and Emily.

As the ministry assistant since 1998 I work not only with the staff but everyone to make ideas become reality. It’s exciting to see God move in and through others to accomplish Kingdom goals. I also serve the Converge Heartland district as the Director of Women’s Ministries for 57 churches. To be in full time ministry is a privilege I do not take lightly.

Hi! I am Jean Haley. I am responsible for church finances here at Northridge Baptist Church. I pay the bills!

My family includes husband Mike, stepchildren; Shawn, Hilary and Ashley. Two children; Kade and Macy and five step grandchildren.

Besides my work here at Northridge, I am currently on a mission to start a Big Brothers, Big Sisters program here in Mitchell.

My name is Duane Lippert and I have been a member since the late 70’s. It has been my privilege to participate in the transformation of Northridge to where it is today. My primary responsibility is the aesthetics of the facility and grounds. I am honored to use my spiritual gifts of creativity and design where it is needed in the ministries of Northridge.
