Communion Preparation
Prepare the elements for communion, refill between first and second service, then clean up following the second service. One team or two prepares, and a different individual cleans up.

Communion Sunday on a rotating basis, beginning at 7:30 a.m. for setup, after second service for clean up.

Drama Team Leader
Work with the Pastor and Worship Director to develop 4-6 drama scenes per year for Sunday morning or other special services; lead the drama team in performing the dramas.

Drama Team Member
Work with Drama Team Leader to develop and perform drama scenes in the Sunday morning services or other special services 4-6 times per year.

Instrumentalist
Play an instrument such as electric or acoustic guitar, piano, synthesizer keyboard, bass guitar, and drums in the worship band each week.  Instruments such as flute, trumpet, saxophone, violin, cello and other band or orchestral instruments.

Sunday mornings on a rotating basis.  Rehearsals on Wed. evening and Sunday at 7:30 a.m. for the week scheduled.

Nursery child care worker
Primary responsibility for the care of infants and toddlers during the morning worship services.

Sunday mornings, starting 15 minutes before their assigned service and remaining 15 minutes after the service.

Nursery coordinators
Overall management of the nursery ministry. Responsibilities include organization, motivation, and facility planning.

Check in on the ministry on Sunday mornings. Otherwise, planning meetings at their discretion

Nursery greeters/check-in
Meet parents at the nursery counter, get basic information on new children, distribute pagers as needed, ensure children are identified and all their gear is accounted for. May assist in the nurseries during services as needed.

Nursery toy sanitizer
Collect and clean the toys used in the nurseries every week. You’ll need a dishwasher and washing machine.

Following the weekly worship services and women’s Bible studies.

Sound Technician
Operate the sound system for the worship service.  Training on the system will be provided, and the opportunity to work with a sound tech as needed.

Special Music Coordinator
Work with the Worship Director to contact people and schedule special music in the worship service and other services as needed.

Usher
Welcome attenders and distribute bulletins, provide assistance with seating, record the attendance, take up the offering, and be ready to assist with any situations that may come up during a service (illness, disorderly conduct, etc.).

Visual Arts Technician
Run Power Point and other visual programs to support the worship service.

Video and Photography Team
Gather images, both video and still format, for use in worship, print materials, and other electronic and print media formats. Edit and produce videos, power point presentations, and print items.

Vocalist
Sing as part of a 4-5 member vocal team leading in worship music in the Sunday morning services and special services as needed.
