Church Property
All
property belonging to the Church shall remain intact. Members severing their
connection with the Church, for whatever reason, relinquish all claims on its
property. By Incorporation, the Church has legal standing before the courts of
the State.
In
case of division of the Church, the property shall revert to that group that
adheres to this Constitution.
This corporation (Church) shall not be controlled by any other corporation or
persons except in an advisory manner, but is entirely independent and sovereign
in all its actions.
The Church Chair and
the Church Clerk shall sign all legal documents on behalf of the Church as a
Corporation, without personal liability, as authorized by Church action.
